At British Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
